This model kit was a joy to build, I experimented with a lot of new techniques and materials.

After years of painting gunpla I wanted to give this little fella a shot, since he has been in my stock for ages. I could not resist using my favorite color purple for this project, sported with some grays and bright colors.
At this point I almost considered it a waste of work to start weathering it, non the less I bravely started adding some chipping with shacking legs.
Spending more and more time with different color layers I started to get the hang of where normal wear should appear and the frequently it was "damaged". As you can see in the closeup shots, the feet and booster box have more wear on them in compares to the helmet.

Although I'm really pleased with how this boy looks now I'm still not done with it.
In the future I hope to make a tiny diorama of the "Dagobah system", with that the according filth and dirt will be applied as well.

I'm looking forward working on this project in the future, for now it stays in my display till I have full idea for the diorama.
