Why only a few sales?

We are a starting small business, currently we don't have the capacity to guarantee larger orders with the click of a button. If you are interested in a larger quantity please contact me on my Instagram.

Custom Orders

Currently we don't offer custom orders on the website, do keep an eye on our Instagram page for updates and exclusive print runs.

Pre-Orders and Holding Items

We don't have a pre-order system or a system for keeping items in the shopping cart on hold.

Price Range

We take into account that everyone has a different investment into there hobby, therefore we offer different variations of our most popular products. The price rages varies depending on the complexity of the design and print time, however custom color combinations are rated separately from the regular products.
Do consider when we’ve add new techniques, upgrade the shop, or other worldly economical changes may reflect onto price change in the future.

Shipping

We ships with PostNL by package weight and size. Shipping will be calculated in your cart or at the checkout page.
Shipping isn’t always a gentle process. If your order arrives damaged, we want to help.  Please bear in mind that these are 3D printed products, and as such they will have some small minor imperfections. These imperfections are only cosmetic and won't influence the user experience. We do our best to minimize them, but no 3D printed product is going to be 100% perfect.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns and refunds, but will offer replacements for products that arrive damaged beyond reasonable usability. Send us a message on Instagram and let us know what happened. We do not offer refunds or returns of any kind on digital download items.

Payment Methods

The shop uses PayPal, PayPal could also be linked with your bank accounts, debit/credit cards and prepaid cards.

Checkout Process

Your cart does not hold an item for any amount of time while you’re checking out. If you are trying to buy an item quickly, it is wise to save your payment and shopping information to your browser so it can auto-fill. The fastest option is to create a customer account with your data saved.

About our Products:

Where do you get your 3D-models?

We design and make our own 3D models in CAD software. We are not selling other STL files than offered in the web-shop, we do offer some free STL's.

Where can I get the 3D-print files?

We offer 3D-printed products, we don't sell every design as STL. The community designs that we offer as STL file are listed in the web-shop.

Can I sell your models in my print store?

No!
The STL files we offer in the webshop are rated and priced for personal use only. By selling them you are in validation of the copyright law.

What fillament do you use?

We use PLA matt & ABS+ Filament for our products, the used material depends on the design and use case of each products.
Filament type is based on their material properties such as: durability, flexibility & strength.

Why are your products 3D printed?

All our hobby tools are 3D-printed and designed / optimized to be produced this way, we use the material property's to our advantage. Because it's a 3D-print it may contain some small imperfections such as: visible layers or little stringing. These small imperfections would not effect the quality or lifespan of the products. We have a sharp quality control, B products will only be sold periodically with a large discount! Please bear this in mind when you purchase.

"Pla-System" Ecosystem

Modularity stands central in our product designs and most of our products are connectable with each-other, we call this the our "Pla- System". It allows you to create a hobby workspace finetuned to your personal preferences. Some products are semi or not Pla-System compatible, all compatible products are listed in the Pla-System shop category.

How do you get inspiration?

All Hobby tools are designed and modeled by our Mechatronics engineer Kem (Netherbuilds), he's an 3D-print expert that has over 10 years of experience in the 3D-printing industry. Kem ran into some model building convenience struggles and designed his own solutions for them, before we knew it our the shop was running.
