Today is my birthday!! 🥳🥳 coincidentally today was Today is my birthday!! 🥳🥳 coincidentally today was the day of the GBWC finals, it was great seeing the the livestream this morning and i would like to congratulate everyone that got to visit the event! im still waiting for my regional EU silver trophy so thats why i havent been able to show it off. wouldve been cool if it arrived on time before my bday but it is what it is. still looking forward to when it actually arrives 🙏🙏🙏 i did receive a new flash for my camera from lin this year so be prepared for some new photos of old works ive made over the years. its going to be fun playing with light for sure so stay tuned! #gundam #gunpla #gbwc
while im working on a scale model truck atm i cant while im working on a scale model truck atm i cant leave gunpla alone, however much like in last years fashion this hg Kshatriya is this year's long running custom gunpla project. im still working on how i want to alter the design but ive been itching to cut open these binders and take a look at how i can rework its mechanics. with the recent release of the 3rd partys and announcement of the MGSD i have a huge sum of reference material. but thats raises the issue of how to keep things original and distinct. this was also my first time using @madworks_eu chisels! they helped me celebrate my recent placement in the eu division of GBWC tournament which amped up my motivation for even more customizing! a good set of chisels was exactly what was missing from my toolbox and i hope to display in upcoming videos how i use them and what the distinct difference is between every type they offer! while im not a finalist i do want to wish everyone attending the GBWC finals the best of luck! i have a lot of ideas in store for next time so stay tuned!
its been a while since ive posted anything but her its been a while since ive posted anything but here is one of the projects i'll be running alongside the usual gunpla. it'll also be my first military themed truck! while i really love gunpla, there is something totally different about traditional scale modeling. painting and glueing isnt optional, its mandatory. for example right now im at a point where i can work on the cab and its interiors but once glued you cant paint the inside. finishing subassemblys before being able to continue is very different to my usual workflow but im enjoying the slower pacing. im also trying out some modifications like opening doors and hatches, to me it gives way more depth to the model if you can see the stuff behind the panels. thats all for now, im still working on a lot of stuff behind the scenes so stay tuned for when my hobby space is finally under control and functional 🤣

I can barely believe it myself but i am beyond happy to have placed in a GBWC, this build took me 11 months to make and was started right after i graduated from my engineering degree. let me tell you that it felt refreshing working on something that youve been looking forward to for too for many years. Whilst im still dealing with ongoing health problems, finishing this kit proved very difficult physically speaking. but it felt great regaining back skills i havent practiced for so long. it felt like regaining back that part of me that just feels like its my original form! so i still have a long way to go but my scale models will get me there ✌️ #gbwc2025 #gbwc #gbwceurope #gunpla #gunplabuilder
Here it is! the beauty shots from yesterdays shoot Here it is! the beauty shots from yesterdays shoot. i started this build back in january right after handing in my thesis. its a kitbash of the dom tropen, zudah and demi barding for the most part. Finishing this model to this point was a true test of my current skill, despite my persisting health issues i still get a whole lot of fulfilment working on my models. this work is proof that im still in here somewhere but i still have a whole lot of recovery to do. atleast now i can rest knowing im not allowed to work on this model any further untill gbwc is over. The keen eyed of you will notice i had a whole burst effect planned for this build and its not omitted fully, with my current energy pool and deadline it was smarter to compromise and leave intensive work for when i feel more rested. that being said, time to hibernate 😴🤣 Thank you to everyone who followed and supported the build so far, it was a great time 👌 #gundam #gunpla #gbwc2025 #gbwc
Its done! well for now. to make the deadline for g Its done! well for now. to make the deadline for gbwc i opted not to rush the burst effect and save them for after the contest is over. doesnt mean i had to opt out of all the leds, i still mounted the leds noodles on the backpack and monoeye etc. i will post the results from the photoshoot later but for now enjoy this general overview from the work. thanks to all of you who stuck with this project for this long! it was a blast to build. now to sleep for a week ✌️ #gundam #gunpla #gbwc2025 #ガンプラ #gbwc
